New Client Referrals

Catherine is only accepting new referrals for clients who are open to tele-health sessions. These sessions are conducted via videoconference and younger children may find this more challenging to engage with. Where possible face-to-face initial assessments will be arranged.

For all clients that have not seen Catherine before, we ask that you assist us in completing the form on this page. This basic information allows us to start the process and to track your referral. Once you have completed the form you will be contacted within 3-4 business days to discuss availability.
